Les Vins Vivants
“Wine shouldn’t be an attack to a dish, neither a shallow experience”. This quoting from Bernard Ravet translates his will to always find the best wine pairing possible.
For wines produced in Vaud, La Côte region, where Vufflens-le-Château stands, is highly renowned. It’s then natural, that ever since Bernard Ravet arrived at L’Ermitage, he began friends with the winemakers grouped in Uvavins, Cave de la Côte.
Over the years, Le Vin Vivant collection gained strength and recognition, with now more than ten different appellations, white, rosé or red wines. It offers to the connoisseur an exceptional selection.
On a regular basis, Le Vin Vivant collection is awarded in the national and international competitions, as well as good ranking in the specialized guides.
